云南要千方百计与全国同步实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标 ,必须坚决贯彻省委提出的“工业强省”发展战略 ,加快工业化步伐 ,走新型工业化道路。结合云南的工业发展实际 ,推行新型工业化 ,必须充分发挥信息化对工业的带动作用 ;加快对重点行业的整合 ,大力发展高新技术产业 ;加速对国有企业的股份制改制 ;坚持制度创新 ,建立多渠道的融资体制 ;努力造就一支高素质的职工队伍。
To do everything possible to achieve the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way with the whole country, Yunnan must resolutely implement the strategy of “strong industrial province” proposed by the provincial party committee, speed up the pace of industrialization and take a new road to industrialization. In light of the reality of Yunnan’s industrial development and the promotion of new industrialization, we must give full play to the role of informationization in promoting industries. We must speed up the integration of key industries, vigorously develop high and new technology industries, speed up joint-stock reform of state-owned enterprises, adhere to system innovation and establish multi- Financing system; strive to create a high-quality workforce.
