在雷达、指挥仪、自动控制或遥控设备与仪表(如:差热仪、气象记录仪等)中,都用到随动系统。随动系统的跟踪能力,直接影响到这类设备与仪器的性能。为了使随动系统能及时地跟踪主控设备,往往要在伺服机构中增加齿轮减速机构,这不仅提高了成本、增加了系统的体积与重量,增加了能源消耗,而且给安装与维护工作带来了一定的麻烦。为此,我们采用了低压驱动伺服系统,该系统取消了齿轮减速机构,因而克服了该机构的上述缺点,并且提高了跟踪精度其精度优于0.2%。下面,简单地介绍一下低压驱动随动系统及其有关技术问题。
