目前关于肿瘤血管生成的研究似乎让人们看到了肿瘤治疗的另一种途径。实验室研究结果显示 ,抑制肿瘤血管生成可以抑制肿瘤的生长和转移[1] ,但在临床上类似的研究报道不多。许多作者用动态CT结合免疫组化方法对肺癌的血管生成进行了探索性的研究 ,得到了一些有意义的研究成果。
The current study on tumor angiogenesis seems to allow people to see another way of cancer treatment. Laboratory studies have shown that inhibition of tumor angiogenesis can inhibit tumor growth and metastasis [1], but few reports of similar clinical studies. Many authors have made exploratory studies on the angiogenesis of lung cancer using dynamic CT combined with immunohistochemistry and obtained some meaningful research results.
