比较了几种血清学方法(琼脂双扩散,反向间接血凝酶免疫吸附和免疫荧光试验)检测水稻白叶枯菌的灵敏度结果:以免疫光法的灵敏度最高(10~3Cells/ml),依次为酶联免疫吸附(10~4~10~5cells/ml),反向间接血凝试验(10~6~10~7cell/ml)和琼脂双扩散(10~3~10~9cells/ml)。免疫荧光和酶联免疫吸附试验可以较好地应用于不同植物材料(稻叶、稻种等)和生态环境中水稻白叶枯菌的检测。
Several serological methods (agar double diffusion, indirect indirect hemagglutinin immunosorbent assay and immunofluorescence assay) were used to detect the sensitivity of B.cerevisiae: the highest sensitivity (10 ~ 3Cells / ml) Followed by ELISA (10 ~ 4 ~ 10 ~ 5cells / ml), reverse indirect hemagglutination test (10 ~ 6 ~ 10 ~ 7cell / ml) and agar double diffusion (10 ~ 3 ~ 10 ~ 9cells / ml) . Immunofluorescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay can be applied to the detection of rice leaf blight in different plant materials (rice leaves, rice seeds, etc.) and ecological environment.
