“国有民营”是解决国营企业经营亏损的一种方法,到底效果怎么样,人们莫衷一是,这里反应的就是好坏两方面的情况。有一个大思路:“死”着不如“动”着,“动”着不如“活”着,“活”着不如“好”着。“取法乎上,仅得其中”。产权问题固然敏感,不过要我看,与其大家都死在那儿,不如让一些人动着,所有的活路都是在动中获得的。“国有民营”也算一种积极的“动”法吧。
