尽快修订《中华人民共和国劳动法》方潮贵(十届全国人大代表):作为广东省劳动和社会保障厅厅长,方潮贵代表关于尽快修订《劳动法》的提案具有非常重要的实践意义。方潮贵在《关于尽快修订(中华人民共和国劳动法)的议案》中指出,《劳动法》应在以下几方面加以修改。一、明确促进就业工作在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用,明确政府及其相关职能部门的法律责任,增加规定政府促进就业的具体措施;增加实行劳动预备制和就业准入制度的规定;对灵活就业人员的劳动合同、工时、劳动报酬和社会保险等问题作出明确规定。

Clearly promote employment status and role in the national economy and social development, clarify the legal responsibilities of the government and its related functional departments, and increase the specific measures that stipulate that the government should promote employment; and increase the provisions on the implementation of the labor preparatory system and the employment access system ; Clearly stipulate the flexible employment personnel's labor contracts, working hours, remuneration and social insurance issues.
