A rapid and accurate method for the determination of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride in ligustrazine hydrochloride injection by capillary electrophoresis was reported. The linear range of this method was 10-600mg / L, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.52% (n = 6) when the concentration was 200mg / L, and the recovery was 96.66% ± 3.02% n = 5)
