目的:观察刺络泻血疗法对高血黏度大鼠血清中ox-LDL和ox-LP(a)及血液流变学的影响.方法:将清洁级雄性SD大鼠32只随机分为空白组、模型组、刺络泻血组和药物治疗组.空白组普通饲料喂养,其余3组喂饲高脂饲料建立高血黏度大鼠模型,按照不同干预方式分别进行刺络泻血与辛伐他丁药物治疗.8周后,腹主动脉取血,采用ELISA法测定4组大鼠血清ox-LDL和ox-LP(a)含量以及血液流变学指标.结果:模型组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血清中ox-LDL及ox-LP(a)均高于空白组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);刺络泻血组和药物治疗组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血清中ox-LDL及ox-LP(a)均低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:刺络泻血疗法可降低高血黏度大鼠的血液黏度以及血清中ox-LDL和ox-LP(a)的表达,改善微循环.“,”Objective:To observe the effect of blood pricking therapy on ox-LDL and ox-LP(a) in peripheral serum,and hemorheology of rats with high blood viscosity.Methods:A total of 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,the model group,the blood pricking therapy group and the medication group.The normal group was fed with the normal diet,and other three groups were fed with high fat diet to establish the model of high blood viscosity.According to different intervention methods,the blood pricking therapy group was treated by blood pricking therapy,and the medication group was treated by Simvastatin.At the end of 8th week,the values of ox-LDL and ox-LP(a) in peripheral serum,and hemorheological indexes of rats from 4 groups in total were measured by ELISA.Results:The model group showed higher blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,ox-LDL and ox-LP(a) than the normal group (P<0.01).The blood pricking therapy group and the medication group showed lower blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,ox-LDL and ox-LP(a) than the model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The blood pricking therapy can effectively reduce the blood viscosity and the expression of ox-LDL and ox-LP (a) in peripheral serum,promote the microcirculation obviously in rats with high blood viscosity.
