岳帅苹果系辽宁省果树科学研究所乔辰生等人选育而成,已通过辽宁省农作物品种审定委员会审定并命名。岳帅幼树生长迅速,进入结果期早,具有较强的腑花芽结果能力,丰产性好。3年生冠径2.6米×2.6米,结果株率达69％,腑花芽结果量占46.3％。5年生株产20公斤,8年生株产50公斤。树体健壮,树姿开张,主干光滑,树冠大,枝条、叶片梢似金冠,萌芽力、成枝力中等。果台连续结果能力强,果实近圆形,单果重224克,最大果重420克,果面底色
