八十年代初期,在石油机械铸造中开始应用保温冒口套。它由于保温性能优于普通冒口、热损失率低、凝固时间长,能保证对铸件进行充分的补缩。因此,可提高铸钢件的铸造质量,大幅度地降低铸钢件的钢水消耗量和电耗量,提高铸件工艺出品率10~15%,是一种新型的节能产品。但是,由于石油机械对铸钢件的铸造质量要求高,使用保温冒口套的经验不足,目前还存在一些问题,必须不断完善,以进一步提高铸钢件的补缩效果和经济效益。
In the early 1980s, the application of thermal insulation risers began in petroleum machinery casting. It is superior to ordinary riser thermal insulation performance, low heat loss, solidification time, to ensure adequate casting of the filler. Therefore, it is possible to improve the casting quality of steel castings, greatly reduce the consumption of molten steel and power consumption of steel castings, and improve the yield of castings by 10 to 15%. This is a new type of energy-saving product. However, due to the high quality of castings, the inexperience of using thermal riser sleeves has some problems that must be constantly improved in order to further improve the shrinking effect and economic benefits of steel castings.
