In 1955, China and the Soviet Union reached an agreement to hand over the brigade and military garrison. After seven joint meetings, the military delegations of the two countries more satisfactorily resolved the issue of the handover of defense in areas disputed by the Soviet army. This historical fact left unforgettable memories on the annals of friendly cooperation between the two countries and the two armed forces.
