多年以来,积极防范、突出重点的保密工作方针一直深入人心,成为各类规章制度、文件通知、讲座报告的必论之题。对于其题中之义,我们已耳熟能详,自不必说。随着时代的脚步不断前行,依法治国的逐步推进,新修订保密法在积极防范、突出重点的保密工作方针之后又加上了依法管理,使其更趋完善,涵盖面更加广泛。
