天津市建筑科学研究所、天津市滤清器厂、天津市二建、天津市构件公司等单位共同协作,于1976年研制成功UNF减水剂并在工程中进行试点应用,收到良好的效果。目前兴建了一条中间试生产线,年产500～800吨,即将投产,可以满足天津市建筑业推广应用。利用UNF减水剂,我们用天津400号矿渣水泥配制出500号混凝土,水泥用量为450公斤/米~3,成型不困难,成本增加不多,为在天津地区缺少高标号水泥的情况下,采用本地出产的400号矿渣水泥配制高标号混凝土找到了简单易行、经济可靠的途径。
