临床资料1一般资料:本组18例中男性12例,女性6例,年龄35、72岁,平均52.45岁。病程2个月～2年。为我院2001年11月～2009年1月期间的住院患者。诊断均符合Hemmer等提出的诊断标准。酗酒史5例,长期素食5例,慢性萎缩性胃炎3,胃大部切除术后2例,其余3例无特殊病史。2临床表现:首发症状为双下肢麻木10例(55.6%),双下肢无力4例(22.25%),走路不稳伴踩棉花感4例(22.25%)。病程中有排尿困难者7例,智能减退者1例,脑神经受累者2例,
Clinical data 1 General Information: The group of 18 patients, 12 males and 6 females, aged 35,72 years, mean 52.45 years old. Course of 2 months to 2 years. Hospital for our hospital from November 2001 to January 2009 inpatients. The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria proposed by Hemmer et al. 5 cases of alcoholism, 5 cases of long-term vegetarian, chronic atrophic gastritis 3, subtotal gastrectomy in 2 cases, the remaining 3 cases without special history. 2 clinical manifestations: The first symptom was double lower limb numbness in 10 cases (55.6%), lower extremity weakness in 4 cases (22.25%), walking instability with cotton stitches in 4 cases (22.25%).
