本文以红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体酵母菌花环和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验，研究了孔府元宝汤对红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果发现，元宝汤不但能明显提高脾虚状态下的小鼠红细胞膜Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（Ｐ＜００５），而且对正常小鼠红细胞的免疫功能亦能明显提高（Ｐ＜００５），并能明显延长小鼠持续性游泳时间（Ｐ＜００５）。
In this paper, the erythrocyte C3b receptor yeast wreath and erythrocyte immune complex rosette test to study the Kongfu Yuanbao on erythrocyte immune function. The results showed that Yuanbao Decoction not only can significantly improve the C3b receptor rosette rate (P <005), but also improve the immune function of normal mouse erythrocytes (P <005) , And can significantly prolong the duration of swimming in mice (P <0 05).
