试采大队现有北奔、解放、T815三种型号的井架车,是井下作业施工中井架背立、运输的关键设备。在多年的使用过程中,发现这三种车型的车身稳定性能都存在缺陷,特别是在地面泥泞、松软的特殊井场施工时,安全风险尤为突出。本文通过对井架车千受力情况分析,建立了井架车力矩平衡,以井架车最大倾翻角评价井架车稳定性,结合一起井架车倾倒事故,提出了增强井架车稳定性的整改措施,以便应用于生产实践中,提高背立井架施工的安全系数,保障作业生产安全有序进行。
