企业的发展,短期靠产品,中期靠人才,长期靠文化。优势企业要有优势文化作支撑。近年来,在我们扬子石化有限责任公司快速发展的背后,有一套科学、先进、创新的企业文化体系在支撑着。而要实现企业持续发展,向千万吨级炼油、百万吨级乙烯、百万吨级PTA、百万吨级塑料的规模进军,亟需企业文化的再造和提升。只有进行文化创新,才能使企业基业长青。

In recent years, behind the rapid development of our Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a set of scientific, advanced and innovative corporate culture system is underpinning. In order to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise, it is necessary to make progress toward the scale of 10 million-ton refinery, 1 million-ton ethylene, 1 million-ton PTA and 1 million-ton plastic and urgently need to rebuild and upgrade the corporate culture.
