通过分析十三五时期海北经济社会发展对交通运输的需求,研究了十三五交通运输发展规划的总体思路,提出来“一圈、九环、十通道和全域景区化”公路交通建设布局,创新体制机制提高农村公路管理养护水平,构建城乡公共交通一体化和综合交通运输体系,全面构建智慧交通,打造绿色交通、创建平安交通的总体目标。
By analyzing the demand for transportation in Haibei’s economic and social development during the 13th five-year plan period, this paper studies the general train of thought of the 13th Five-year plan for the development of transportation and puts forward that the construction of highway traffic system of “one cycle, nine rings, ten channels and the whole area” Layout and innovation of institutional mechanisms to improve the level of rural road management and maintenance, construction of urban and rural public transport integration and integrated transport system, comprehensively build a smart traffic, build green transport, and create the overall goal of safe transportation.
