自从2001年以来,亚洲国家正积极引进房地产投资信托这一国际上较为流行的房地产投资工具。目前,亚洲已经成为全球房地产投资信托市场最为活跃的地区之一,具有广阔的发展前景。本文通过研究日本、新加坡、韩国和中国香港特区等四个国家和地区房地产投资信托发展状况,分析这些国家和地区的成功经验及失误原因,总结对我国发展房地产投资信托的有益启示,为政府和有关企业的决策提供支持。
Since 2001, Asian countries are actively introducing the real estate investment trust, an internationally popular real estate investment tool. At present, Asia has become one of the most active real estate investment trust markets in the world and has broad prospects for development. By studying the development of real estate investment trusts in Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, this paper analyzes the successful experiences and the causes of the mistakes in these countries and regions, summarizes the beneficial enlightenment for the development of real estate investment trust in our country, Support for business decisions.
