为了解城市绿地土壤碳氮特征及影响因素,选取合肥市不同绿地类型(工厂、公园、居住区及校园绿地)土壤为研究对象,分析了其土壤有机碳、全氮、碳氮比(C/N)特征及影响因素。结果表明:绿地类型及土层深度均对土壤有机碳含量影响显著(P<0.05),不同绿地类型0~30 cm土层土壤有机碳含量为:公园绿地(7.00 g·kg~(-1))>校园绿地(6.87 g·kg~(-1))>居住区绿地(5.70 g·kg~(-1))>工厂绿地(5.01 g·kg~(-1)),且0~10 cm土层有机碳均值显著高于其下两层(P<0.05)。绿地类型及土层深度对土壤全氮含量及C/N影响均不显著(P>0.05)。不同绿地类型0~30cm土壤全氮含量依次为:校园(0.67 g·kg~(-1))>工厂(0.55 g·kg~(-1))>居住区(0.54 g·kg~(-1))>公园(0.50 g·kg~(-1))。0~30cm绿地土壤C/N依次为:公园(14.36)>校园(10.18)>居住区(9.38)>工厂(9.20)。相关分析表明:0~30 cm土壤C/N与土壤有机碳、NO_3~--N、NH_4~+-N及全磷呈显著正相关。可见,公园、校园绿地利于土壤有机碳积累并可维持相对较高的C/N,这对改善生态环境起到积极作用。
In order to understand the characteristics of carbon and nitrogen in urban greenbelt and its influencing factors, the soil types of different greenbelt (factories, parks, residential areas and campus greenbelt) in Hefei City were selected to study the characteristics of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, C / N) characteristics and influencing factors. The results showed that both the types of green land and soil depth had a significant effect on soil organic carbon content (P <0.05). The contents of soil organic carbon in 0 ~ 30 cm soil layers of different green land types were: park green land (7.00 g · kg -1) )> Greenbelt (6.87 g · kg -1)> residential greenbelt (5.70 g · kg -1)> plant greenbelt (5.01 g · kg -1) and 0 ~ 10 cm Soil mean organic carbon was significantly higher than the next two layers (P <0.05). The total nitrogen contents of 0 ~ 30cm soil layer in different types of green land were as follows: campus (0.67 g · kg -1)> plant (0.55 g · kg -1)> residential area (0.54 g · kg -1 ))> Park (0.50 g · kg -1). The C / N of 0 ~ 30cm greenbelt was: park (14.36)> campus (10.18)> residential area (9.38)> factory (9.20). Correlation analysis showed that soil C / N at 0-30 cm was positively correlated with soil organic carbon, NO 3 - -N, NH 4 + -N and total phosphorus. It can be seen that park and campus green space are conducive to the accumulation of soil organic carbon and maintain a relatively high C / N, which plays an active role in improving the ecological environment.
