我国的炼油企业面临着原油劣质化,产品高附加值化、油品质量国际化、能源利用率低,企业周边城市化发展和国家环保政策的生存压力等多重压力。如何开展科学系统的综合优化,创建节约型企业,提高企业竞争力,推动能源的可持续发展是炼油企业目前的一个重要课题。通过介绍炼油厂相关专业节能的主流技术,阐述系统全局优化的原理、方法和实施步骤,为行之有效的开展炼厂节能提供助力。
China’s oil refineries are faced with multiple pressures such as poor quality crude oil, high value-added products, internationalization of oil quality, low energy utilization rate, urbanization around enterprises and the pressure of survival of national environmental protection policies. How to carry out the comprehensive optimization of the scientific system, create a conservation-oriented enterprises, improve their competitiveness and promote the sustainable development of energy are the current oil refining enterprises an important issue. By introducing the mainstream technologies of energy saving related to refineries, the principle, method and implementation steps of system global optimization are elaborated to provide an effective aid for refinery energy conservation.
