2007中国服装论坛上,中国服装界与5个意大利知名服装品牌就企业发展、品牌建设进行了交流互动。活动结束之前,主持人提到了一个险些被大家忽略了的问题:“中国的服装企业有很多都是家族制企业,随着企业规模的扩大,这些家族制企业开始面临一些发展瓶颈。在座的5个意大利品牌中,有3个都是家族企业出身,请谈谈你们的成功经验。”意方的看法是:“家族的结构能保证企业的延续性,同时也要吸取新鲜的经营管理思想、吸纳优秀的外来人才。家族制是很适合意大利的模式,而其他国家不能完全照搬……”意大利精英们的回答合情入理,却未免有些不痛不痒,在此我们结合具体的案例,来关注—下中国家族制服装企业的困惑和曙光。
