当前,经济全球化趋势愈演愈烈,各个企业在这种环境中不断创新发展,以此谋求一条生存之路。在此过程中,电子商务战略这一定义也逐渐兴起,多数企业以此为目标,进行战略改革和体制创新。在这众多企业当中,创新体制最艰难以及发展缓慢的当属以劳动力密集、制造加工为主的传统产业-纺织业。伴随着计算机网络等高科技的兴起深化,纺织行业虽然也在进行着改变和发展,但显而易见,改革的脚步难以跟上时代前进的速度。在此期间,国家以及传统行业不断加大对纺织品企业的改革力度,以电子商务战略为重点对其进行优化创新。纺织企业要想不被时代淘汰,就要以电子商务战略体制为基本点进行整体改革,将电子商务与纺织企业的特点相融合,寻求变革。本文将对纺织品企业电子商务战略管理进行要点探究。
