1 临床资料 患者,男性,37岁,某飞行学院教员,初教-6飞行员,飞行时间2600h。1994年5月入空勤科健康疗养,5月7日于室外篮球比赛中,被他人不慎踢伤左足跟部,当时感疼痛剧烈,左足活动受限,腓肠肌无力,行走困难,被现场监护的工作人员及同事背入外科门诊。查体:一般情况尚可,痛苦面容,双下肢等长,左足跟腱部凹陷,皮肤无破损,患足跖屈受限、轻度肿胀、压痛(+),X线检查证实跟腱断裂。当时给予外固定术,于
