在传统灌输式教育方式下,成人教育师生关系面临困境。马丁.布伯对话哲学视野下倡导的是具有直接性、交互性、动态相遇性的“我—你”关系,鼓励师生在怀有包容心、拥有责任感、存在共同经验的基础上实现真实的对话。这种成人教育师生关系,是一种激发师生的对话意识、建立平等信任的对话环境、运用新颖对话方式、设置共享对话情景的对话关系,值得我们倡导与重构。
Under the traditional inculcating education mode, the relationship between teachers and students in adult education faces difficulties. The Martin-Buber philosophy of dialogue advocates a “me-you” relationship that is direct, interactive, and dynamic, encourages teachers and students to achieve their goals based on tolerance, responsibility, and common experience Real conversation. The relationship between teachers and students in adult education is a dialogue environment that stimulates teachers and students’ dialogue awareness and establishes an equal and trusting environment. Using innovative methods of dialogue and setting dialogue relationships in sharing dialogue scenarios, it is worth our advocacy and reconstruction.
