采用问卷调查方法,收集部分省市卫生系统承担突发事件应急救援工作的专/兼职人员的信息,统计分析参加救援工作次数、承担工作任务、事故严重程度和可控制性、是否接受相关专业技能培训等影响因素与心身疾病/症状发生比率的关系。在673人的答卷中,99人曾因出现应激反应相关的健康问题赴医院就诊。职业应激反应受多种因素的影响,参加救援工作次数越多、承担工作任务越接近事故中心、事故越严重,发生心身疾病/症状的比率越高;接受过相关专业技能培训者发生心身疾病/症状的比率较低。提示应对参加突发事件应急救援工作的专/兼职人员加强相关技能培训,以适应此类工作所致的高度职业紧张。
