1 病例报告 患者,女性,16岁,因皮肤瘀点伴呕吐、腹泻12d,四肢舞蹈样动作2d入院。患者入院前12d,受凉后出现畏寒、发热,腹痛、腹泻,伴恶心、呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,继之出现双下肢膝关节疼痛,双下肢出现对称性散在瘀点。发病第3天,呕吐物为咖啡样物,胸部亦出现对称性散在紫红色瘀点。在当地医院血液科诊断为“过敏性紫癜”,给予肾上腺皮质激
