千米钻机中空轴(六方套),容易磨损,加工需要专用设备,我队机修厂工人同志在没有专用设备的情况下,用锻造的办法直接将内六方孔锻出。锻造方法如下: 1.将φ130毫米中碳钢加热墩粗,中间冲出φ90毫米孔。 2.第二次加热后,用φ90毫米芯轴穿入胚料孔内,将胚料锻打延长,延长至胚料长度稍短于中空轴成品长度,外径稍大于成品外径。 3.第三次加热后,用对边尺寸为81毫米的六方形芯轴穿入胚料孔内锻打。锻打时下面垫上半六方形砧块。这次锻打后,胚料内外均呈六方形,再用车床将外六方车成圆形。即为成
