采用L i-6200光合分析仪,在自然条件下对柠条叶片蒸腾速率的日进程进行了观测。结果表明:在夏季晴天条件下,柠条叶片蒸腾速率的日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在13:00~15:00时,约为9.392μmolH2O.m-2.s-1。采用一元线性回归分析和逐步多元回归分析的方法,建立了柠条叶片蒸腾速率与大气温度、叶片温度、水汽压、水汽压亏缺等生理、生态因子间的回归方程。逐步多元回归分析结果表明,其蒸腾速率与水汽压和胞间CO2浓度的回归方程为:TRAN=0.563EAIR-0.004 91C INT+1.824(R2=0.998)。
The diurnal course of transpiration rate of Caragana korshinskii was observed under natural conditions with L i-6200 photosynthesis analyzer. The results showed that the diurnal changes of transpiration rate of Caragana korshinskii showed a single peak curve under the condition of summer sunny days, and the peak appeared at about 9.392μmolH2O.m-2.s-1 at 13: 00-15: 00. The linear regression equation and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used to establish the regression equation between the leaf transpiration rate, atmospheric temperature, leaf temperature, water vapor pressure, vapor pressure deficit and other physiological and ecological factors. The results of stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the regression equation of transpiration rate, vapor pressure and intercellular CO2 concentration was: TRAN = 0.563EAIR-0.004 91C INT + 1.824 (R2 = 0.998).
