急性胆囊炎是由于胆囊管阻塞和细菌侵袭而引起的胆囊炎症。随着我国逐渐进入老龄化社会,老年人胆囊炎的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。本文分析了生长抑素对老年急性化脓性胆囊炎患者临床预后及超声表现的影响。1材料与方法1.1一般资料选2014年12月至2015年5月本院收治的62例老年急性化脓胆囊炎患者为研究对象随机分为对照组31例和观察组31例。两组患者在性别、年龄、体质量及合并症等一般资料相比无明显差异
Acute cholecystitis is cholecystitis due to cystic duct obstruction and bacterial invasion. As China gradually enters the aging society, the incidence of cholecystitis in the elderly has been increasing year by year. This article analyzes the effect of somatostatin on clinical prognosis and ultrasound manifestations in elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Selected December 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, 62 cases of elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis were randomly divided into control group of 31 patients and observation group of 31 patients.
