现如今社会是一个信息化的时代,信息化是现代管理的重要理念。随着技术的成熟,信息技术给档案工作带来了创新的先决条件。档案管理信息化即人机合一的利用现代科技的有层次的系统工程。档案工作信息化,有利于档案信息资源的整合以及利用。通过建立存储档案的数据库,将大量的信息资料通过云端储存,使档案数据真正成为一种信息资源,并及时维护和更新信息。从而更大的发挥档案信息的作用。
Nowadays society is an era of informationization. Informationization is an important concept of modern management.
