利用电磁铸造技术对Al-Cu-0.35Zr合金进行连铸,研究磁场对粗大第二相A13Zr的影响,以达到抑制初生相长大的目的;对铸锭进行均匀化处理,研究高含量的Zr元素在均匀化过程中的析出行为。结果表明,Al-Cu合金在电磁场的作用下晶粒得到了明显的细化;电磁铸造可以增强溶质扩散、提高溶质在α-Al中的固溶度、改善宏观偏析,明显降低粗大初生Al3Zr相的长度、宽度及其偏聚程度。
The casting process of Al-Cu-0.35Zr alloy by electromagnetic casting was used to study the influence of the magnetic field on the coarse second phase A13Zr in order to suppress the growth of primary phase. The homogenization of ingot was carried out to study the effect of high content of Zr Precipitation behavior of elements during homogenization. The results show that the grains of Al-Cu alloy are obviously refined under the action of electromagnetic field. Electromagnetic casting can enhance the diffusion of solute, improve the solute solubility in α-Al, improve the macro-segregation and obviously reduce the coarse primary Al3Zr phase The length, width and degree of segregation.
