中长跑是以速度和耐力见长的体育运动项目,传统的中长跑训练主要是以长时间大量运动为主,以高强度的体能训练来达到增强中长跑耐力的目的。我们就当今世界中长跑训练新变化为根本切入点,对如何提高中长跑训练成效进行分析讨论,力求提高我国中长跑训练成绩,培养更多更好的体育运动员。
The middle and long distance running is a sport that is known for its speed and stamina. The traditional middle and long distance running training is mainly based on a large number of exercises for a long time and the purpose of enhancing endurance in middle and long distance running with high intensity physical training. We regard the new changes in long-distance running training in the world today as the fundamental starting point. We analyze and discuss how to improve the performance of middle and long-distance running training so as to improve the training results of our middle and long-distance running race and train more and better athletes.
