健康人外周血和尿路感染者血尿中的、发育不同阶段的中性粒细胞经7690-Xu荧光染液染色后,可呈现异质性荧光。幼稚的杆状核细胞呈深蓝色荧光。功能活跃的、核分2~3叶的中性粒细胞胞质为淡蓝色或淡蓝绿色荧光,核为桔黄色荧光。核分4~5叶、胞质呈黄色荧光,核为桔黄色荧光,其中部分细胞是趋于衰老的细胞,经紫外线照射后很快核肿胀,溃解。深蓝色荧光、杆状核、较幼稚的中性粒细胞可大量积累在炎症区,它们可能亦具有活跃的变形运动和吞噬功能,或者它们可以在骨髓外进行发育和分化,成为核分2~3叶的,功能活跃的,淡蓝色或淡蓝绿色荧光的中性粒细胞。

Nuclear 4 to 5 leaves, the cytoplasm was yellow fluorescence, nuclear orange fluorescence, some of which cells are aging cells, the rapid nuclear swelling after UV irradiation, collapse. Dark blue fluorescence, rod-shaped nucleus, more naive neutrophils can accumulate in the inflammatory area, they may also have active deformation and phagocytosis, or they can be in the bone marrow development and differentiation, a nuclear score 2 ~ 3-leaf, functionally active, light blue or light-cyan fluorescence of neutrophils.
