In order to solve many problems that affect the sound broadcasting in mobile reception, Europe launched the DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) system in the mid-90s and became the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) recognized terrestrial digital audio broadcasting system. In recent years, quite a few powerful broadcasters in the world have formally launched or piloted digital audio programs using this system. From the realistic needs of radio listeners and consumer psychology as well as the current development of the material life of the community after the diversification of information consumption requirements
