碟簧桩帽之所以能在打桩工程中起着保护桩头、提高沉桩效率和降低打桩噪声的作用,关键在于碟簧的缓冲蓄能的功能。而影响碟簧桩帽沉桩性能的主要因素是碟簧的组合形式和所施加的预压力。本文通过对碟形弹簧(以后简称碟簧)组合形式的研究,探讨了不同组合形式下碟簧的组合刚度和恢复系数的一般规律,并利用复合形优化计算法,得出了在动力沉桩工程中碟簧桩帽的最佳组合形式和较合理的预压力。
