This study was to further explore the relationship between peripheral and visceral microcirculation in order to provide an exact theoretical basis for the monitoring of peripheral microcirculation in clinical work. In the experimental group, severe abdominal infection model was established by cecal ligation and puncturing (CLP), and the microcirculation of the mesentery and the intestinal wall in the auricle of the rat and the severe injury in the model were observed at 8h and 16h . The results showed that the microcirculation of each group in the CLP group at 8h, 16h were significantly
