目的:探讨口腔综合治疗台防水路系统污染状况及控制对策。方法:对新购置的10台治疗台手机连接管出水口每天给予戊二醛消毒,连续7 d采集治疗台手机连接管水样进行细菌培养。结果:随着时间延长,治疗台手机连接管水样细菌量逐渐增多(P<0.05)。结论:口腔综合治疗台水路系统可给细菌生存和增殖提供条件,应采取综合性控制措施,防止医院感染发生。
Objective: To investigate the status of waterway system pollution in oral comprehensive treatment units and its control measures. Methods: The newly purchased 10 treatment units mobile phone outlet connected to the daily administration of glutaraldehyde disinfection, 7 days continuous collection of mobile phone handset connection pipette for bacterial culture. Results: With the extension of time, the number of bacteria in the mobile phone connection pipe of the treatment table gradually increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The oral water treatment system can provide conditions for the survival and proliferation of bacteria. Comprehensive control measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
