全面计划质量维修(TPQM)是一种有关维修计划和维修技术的管理概念。TPQM的内涵:维修范围的全面性——说明整个职能;维修过程的系统性——提供一种开发与实施维修职能的质量体系;以维修技术为基础——根据维修与后勤管理的原则。 TPQM始于 1989年,属于维修管理的方法,通过质量过程,规定与综合维修职能要素。TPQM的重点在于达到最佳维修的策略,而有效地应用这些策略可达到高标准的质量、安全、设备可靠性、设备的有效利用率(可使用时间)和费用少的资源管理
Comprehensive plan quality maintenance (TPQM) is a management concept related to maintenance planning and maintenance techniques. The connotation of TPQM: the comprehensiveness of the scope of maintenance - the entire function; the systematicness of the maintenance process - providing a quality system for the development and implementation of maintenance functions; based on maintenance technology - according to the principles of maintenance and logistics management. TPQM began in 1989 as a method of maintenance management, through the quality process, provisions and integrated maintenance functions. TPQM focuses on achieving optimal maintenance strategies, and the effective application of these strategies can achieve high standards of quality, safety, equipment reliability, efficient use of equipment (operating time) and cost-effective resource management.
