旅游业是关联性很强的产业,需要各方面的配合支持,形成整体推进的强大合力,更需要提供良好的法律环境,保障其健康发展。《自治区旅游管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)于1998年9月25日经自治区九届人大常委会第五次会议审议通过,2004年3月26日,自治区十届人大常委会第八次会议对《条例》进行了修订。《条例》实行十三年来,在维护自治区旅游市场秩序,保障旅游者和旅游经营者的合法权益,促进旅游业健康发展等方面发挥了重要作用。
Tourism is a highly related industry. It needs the cooperation and support from all quarters and forms a strong force for overall advancement. It also needs to provide a sound legal environment to ensure its healthy development.
