本文报告1例球后麻醉意外发生的永久性黑蒙。患者64岁,右眼视网膜脱离住院就诊。40岁时,曾因肾盂积脓切除左肾,并行血液透析和肝素治疗,无其它全身疾患。眼部检查:双眼前节和屈光正常;右眼视乳头和视网膜血管正常,11～12点钟处周边部视网膜脱离,并伴有一个巨大裂孔,少部分视网膜隆起;左眼眼底正常;右眼用+1.50D视力10/10。作者用3％卡波卡因2ml,不加肾上腺素,从患眼眶底外下侧进针至球后
This article reports a case of permanent darkness in the wake of a ball accidental anesthesia. Patient 64 years old, right eye retinal detachment hospitalized. At the age of 40, he had resection of the left kidney due to pyonephrosis and concurrent hemodialysis and heparin therapy without any other systemic condition. Eye examination: both anterior segment and refractive normal; right eye and retinal blood vessels normal, 11 to 12 o’clock peripheral retinal detachment, accompanied by a huge hole, a small part of the retinal uplift; left eye fundus normal; right Eye + 1.50D visual acuity 10/10. The authors used 3% carbocaine 2ml, without adrenaline, from the bottom of the eye orbital needle into the ball
