本文选用2(5-溴-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)作钒的显色剂,提出用环己二胺四乙酸(简称DCTA)、焦磷酸钠、氟化钠、柠檬酸作为联合掩蔽剂,并基于盐酸羟胺将钒(V)还原后(过氧化氢不存在的条件下)与5-Br-PADAP不显色的性质,直接以试液作参比,消除了共存离子对测定的干扰。
In this paper, 2 (5-bromo-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (referred to as 5-Br-PADAP) , Sodium fluoride and citric acid as the joint masking agent, and based on the property that the vanadium (V) is reduced after the hydroxylamine hydrochloride (without the presence of hydrogen peroxide) and the color of 5-Br-PADAP is not directly colored by the test solution Reference, eliminating the interference of coexisting ions on the assay.
