高校企业玩起了地产,玩得一片灿烂。高校和房地产商联手开发大学城,却陷入进退两难的境界。两种思路,两种不同的结果。但是反映在其中的问题是一致的高校放下了架子,进入房地产行业并取得不错的成绩;房地产进入教育领域,想在此获得更多的利益。所以,在共同的利益面前,高校与房地产第一次走的如此接近。按理说,房地产和高校是两条平行线。
College enterprises play a real estate, playing a brilliant. Colleges and real estate developers jointly develop the University City, but caught in a dilemma. Two ideas, two different results.
