牧区小班化教学因班额的减少,教学组织形式的改变,增加了师生间、生生间交往的密度,更能关注每个学生以及学生的个别情况、师生间成功的沟通交流,促进和激励学生奋发向上。探讨牧区语文课堂教学中师生沟通的有效途径和方法,真正达到促进教学实际和学生健康发展的目的。
The small class teaching in pastoral areas has reduced the number of classes and changed the organizational form of teaching. This has increased the density of interactions between teachers and students and between students and students.
