PBL是以学生为主体、以培养学生的能力为教学目标的新型教学方法。它的应用改变了学生在传统教育模式中的被动学习,是真正意义上的主动学习。目前PBL已成为国际上较流行的一种教学方法。在西方国家尤其是北美,它已经广泛的渗透到大学教育中,并取得了卓越的成效。值得一提的是,许多诺贝尔生理学或医学奖的得主都曾接受过正规的PBL教育。本文就PBL教学法应用在新闻学教学中的可行性、现状、存在的问题和对未来的展望作了探讨。
PBL is a new teaching method that takes students as the main body and aims at cultivating the students’ abilities. Its application has changed the students’ passive learning in the traditional education mode and is the active learning in the true sense. Currently PBL has become a more popular international teaching methods. In Western countries, North America in particular, it has penetrated into university education extensively and has achieved remarkable results. It is worth mentioning that many Nobel Prize winners in physiology or medicine have received formal PBL education. This article discusses the feasibility, status quo, existing problems and future prospects of PBL teaching in journalism teaching.
