观察了经调理的酵母多糖(OZ)、N-formylmethionyl-Lencyl-pbenylalanine(fMLP),Calciuminophore(A23187).等几种白细胞激动剂引起的大鼠腹腔中性粒细胞(PMNs)的化学发光和次黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶系统(HO-XO)产生的化学发光.观察到了具 有抗炎作用的中药单体764-3对PMN吞噬OZ引起的化学发光及HO-XO系统产主的化学发光具有明 显的抑制作用。
Observed zymosan (OZ), N-formylmethionyl-Lencyl-pbenylalanine (fMLP), Calciuminophore (A23187). Chemiluminescence of rat peritoneal neutrophils (PMNs) induced by several leukocyte agonists and chemiluminescence produced by the hypoxanthine-xanthine oxidase system (HO-XO). It was observed that the Chinese medicine monomer 764-3 having an anti-inflammatory action has a significant inhibitory effect on chemiluminescence caused by PMN phagocytosing OZ and chemiluminescence produced by HO-XO system.
