本文报告了日本北部人体器官样品钚测定结果。样品采自新泻大学医院1963~1973年保存的尸体,先用浓硝酸和30%过氧化氢完全消化,按已报告过的方法进行分离和测量。各器官测出平均浓度(以10~(-15)居里/克鲜重表示)为:脑(0.5)、肺(1.2)、心(2.3)、肝(0.8)、脾(1.1)、肾(0.6)、睾丸(0.9)、子宫(0.8)、卵巢(3.4)和骨(2.7)。以前未见过脑的钚浓度报导,脑内浓度在作者所测器官浓度中是最低的。
This article reports the results of the plutonium determination of human organs in northern Japan. Samples were collected from the body of the Niigata University Hospital from 1963 to 1973 and were completely digested with concentrated nitric acid and 30% hydrogen peroxide. Separation and measurement were performed as reported. The average concentration of each organ (measured as 10 ~ (-15) Curie / gf) was calculated as follows: brain (0.5), lung (1.2), heart (2.3) (0.6), testis (0.9), uterus (0.8), ovary (3.4) and bone (2.7). Plutonium concentrations reported in the brain have not previously been reported, and intracerebral concentrations are the lowest among the organs examined by the authors.
