用利凡诺和乙醇分别提取的人血浆白蛋白(HSA),经临床应用证明该制品无菌、无热原、无毒性,但是否具有潜在的致突变作用,尚未见报道。为此我们用Ames试验进行了检测,结果报道如下。
Human plasma albumin (HSA) extracted with Rivanol and ethanol respectively has been proved clinically to be sterile, pyrogen-free and non-toxic, but it has not been reported yet. For this we use the Ames test was carried out, the results reported below.
