室上性折返性心动过速,多由交界区内存在着不同特性的两条或多条径路所致。双径路传导在体表心电图上表现为P或P‘-R间期不等的两种传导现象。经双径路的房室绪源性折返性心动过速P~-在QRS波群之前者只占4％。现将非阵发性与阵发性心动过速并存、双径路传导1例报告如下:
Supraventricular reentrant tachycardia, mostly due to the presence of different characteristics of the junction of two or more pathways. Dual-path conduction in the body surface ECG showed P or P’-R interval between the two conduction phenomena. The dual pathway of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia P ~ - only 4% before the QRS complex. Now the non-paroxysmal and paroxysmal tachycardia coexist, a report of one case of dual path conduction is as follows:
