本文测定了52例不同时期心肌梗塞患者的红细胞总磷脂含量。对其中30例患者测定了红细胞磷脂主要组分含量。结果表明各期心肌梗塞患者红细胞总磷脂、磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺含量均较正常人明显降低(P<0.05或0.01);急性心肌梗塞患者磷脂酰丝氨酸含量较正常人明显降低(P<0.05);神经鞘磷脂含量在急性心肌梗塞7天之内明显增高。上述改变说明心肌梗塞患者往往存在红细胞磷脂代谢紊乱,这对心肌缺血的加重可能产生了不良影响。
This article measured 52 cases of different stages of myocardial infarction in patients with total cellular phospholipid levels. Thirty patients were assayed for erythrocyte phospholipid content. The results showed that the levels of total phospholipids, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly lower than those in normal subjects (P <0.05 or 0.01). The levels of phosphatidylserine in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly lower than those in normal subjects (P < 0.05). The content of sphingomyelin in acute myocardial infarction was significantly higher within 7 days. The above changes indicate that patients with myocardial infarction often have disorders of erythrocyte phospholipid metabolism, which may have an adverse effect on myocardial ischemia increased.
